Users experience a user-centric interface and take guidance with a step-by-step process. They are offered diverse categories for different options, including Canvas Prints, Framed Pictures, Banners, and Mounted Poster Boards.

Minimum Orders and Shipping

Depending on the user’s country, the platform may apply a minimum order requirement. To place an order, the user may need to spend a minimum amount, which may vary according to the user’s country. Once approved, an affiliate/social link is delivered, and the user can share the link on their social media profiles. Users also reserve the right to edit, delete, or hide their uploaded artwork.

1. Submission of Artwork: Users may submit artwork including images, designs, or other content for reproduction on printed items.
2. Artwork Guidelines: Users must adhere to artwork guidelines including specifications for file format, resolution, color mode, and other technical requirements.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property: Users affirm that they have the right to use and reproduce submitted content. Ink Bliss is not responsible for any copyright infringement related to user-submitted artwork.
4. Proofing and Approval: Users may review proofs before production and are responsible for ensuring the artwork meets their expectations.
5. Changes and Corrections: Changes may be requested before the approval process is completed. Once approval is given, changes may not be possible.

Artwork Interaction and Social Engagement

Users reserve the right to actively engage with artworks, including liking, posting comments, and making replies. Users can share artwork and affiliate links for promotion, report inappropriate content or users, and block users whenever they want.

1. User-Generated Content: Content submitted, posted, or shared by users is considered user-generated content.
2. Code of Conduct: Users must refrain from abusive language, harassment, or any behavior that may violate the rights or well-being of others.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: Users retain intellectual property rights to their original artwork. By sharing on Ink Bliss, users grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the content for providing and promoting the services.
4. Moderation and Content Removal: Ink Bliss reserves the right to moderate and remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
5. Social Features: Social features such as comments, likes, and shares should be used responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Artist Verification

Users can verify themselves on the platform as an artist. Users with artwork skills can benefit from this opportunity by filling out a request form with the necessary details. Once approved, a notification is sent with a “Become an Artist” badge. Users can enroll by completing a request form, submitting uploaded artwork affiliate links, and uploading multiple artwork images in JPG, SVG, PDF, or PNG format.

The Super Admin reviews the request to approve or reject a verification badge. Until a request is pending, users cannot submit another. Once approved, the user receives a congratulatory message with a verified “Artist” badge on their profile, visible to others on the social feed. If rejected, the user may reapply after one month.

1. Artist Accounts: Artist accounts may provide additional features and functionalities for showcasing and selling artwork.
2. Verification Criteria: Users must meet specific criteria determined by Ink Bliss, including a demonstrated commitment to artistic creation.
3. Application Process: Users must submit an application through the designated process, including artistic background and portfolio details.
4. Verification Review: Ink Bliss will review applications to ensure they meet established criteria, including verifying the authenticity of the artist’s work.
5. Approval or Rejection: Approved artists will be granted access to artist-specific features. Rejected applicants will receive information about the decision.
6. Responsibilities: Verified artists must maintain account accuracy, ensure artwork compliance, and abide by additional guidelines.
7. Termination: Ink Bliss reserves the right to terminate artist status if the user no longer meets criteria or violates these terms.

Notification Settings and Account Security

Users can mark items as favorites, view and edit cart items, and receive order and activity notifications. Users reserve the right to manage notification settings, change passwords, and view reported posts, users, and blocked users.
