Shipping Policy

At Ink Bliss, we take great care in producing and shipping your custom prints. Because each order is made to order, please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are custom-made and require production time before they can be shipped. Typical processing times are as follows:

  • Standard Products (Posters, Canvas Wraps): 3–5 business days
  • Framed Products (Framed Canvas, Mounted Poster Boards): 5–7 business days
  • Large Format (Banners, SEG Wall Art): 5–7 business days
  • Split-Frame Orders: 7–10 business days

Processing times do not include shipping transit time. During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may be extended by 2–3 additional business days. You will receive an email confirmation with estimated processing and delivery dates when your order is placed.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, as advertised on the site.

International Shipping

Ink Bliss offers international shipping to select countries. International orders are subject to the following:

  • Transit Times: International shipments typically take 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
  • Availability: Not all products may be available for international shipping. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your Ink Bliss account and visiting the Orders section.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

Packaging and Handling

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Canvas and Framed Products: Shipped in custom-sized, corner-protected boxes with foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
  • Posters: Shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in crush-resistant tubes.
  • Large Format Items: Shipped on pallets or in reinforced crates for maximum protection.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, then contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Ink Bliss is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping due to address errors may incur additional charges.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, changes and cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or issue cancellations.

Force Majeure

Ink Bliss is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, carrier delays, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
